In addition, we can assist the client’s team or take the lead to coordinate the due diligence process, including environmental evaluation, soil & water assessments, survey, title, inventory of improvements & equipment and USDA program status.

We can also facilitate property divestitures, with marketing and sale by private treaty, listing or auction, and assist in coordinating 1031 exchanges.
